Would July be better? Like I said we can't do the first week or last week of the months because of the DW'so work. Don't really matter to us because our daughter is grown.

I guess I been gone too long without checking in...will have to pay closer attention...the place where we did a few years back is Diamond Lake Resort in Owensboro...don't remember any mountains or how close it is to any of that...their website tells the nearby attractions...

Yes, that is in the western part of the state. Not really close to anything. I've never been there but they say it's a great place and a lot to do on site.

Yeah, I never really followed up with it because I didn't know if I was even going to have an RV and seeing these other trips planned on here I just let it go. We (wife and I) do have a weekender planned for the 16th-18th of June (this month) that you are more than welcome to slide down and join.

We are actually borrowing our camper till the end of the season. I finally told them I had to have it after 3 months so they basically patched it up and I'm supposed to return it at the end of the season. >:(

Dang Trans, really sucks what you're going thru.. it is quite understandable that dealing with the situation with your RV is priority 1 and a Kentucky Rally took a back seat. God willing you get it resolved to your satisfaction and next summer we get a chance to commiserate over some freshly caught bass grilling over a campfire. Peace Brother..
