Our 2011 Outback 268RL is on Consignment at PPL Motorhomes in Houston, I found a deal I think on the 2004 Cedar Creek, yes it much older but much larger and user friendly and in Prestine shape for its age.

We had a cedar creek that was a similar year.  It was solidly built for sure.   Hope it all works out and the Outback sells quickly.

On our second camping outing the Hot water smelled awful, like sulfur, I drained ,flushed and replaced annod rod, which looked fine. All that took care of odor. It had been only two weeks since last outing. Should I drain HW tank after every trip? What are your thoughts? I never had an issue with our Outback, I never drained  tank except to winterize

Did the Outback have an anode rod?   I'd drain if it happens again, but then I don't drain because I haven't had that issue.

i think it was the rod/bad water.....

i never drain mine all summer long....from april to oct it stays lit, too....always hot on propane...

never had an issue.....

but i have alot of turnover in the tank; sometimes i use the shower out there just to use it.....
